Mold in a Gunbarrel Home

The water seeped in from a crack in the foundation. The vacant home's mold growth went unnoticed for several weeks. This growth was identified as Black Mold, so our Applied Microbial Remediation Technician donned his Hazmat suit and gear before scrubbing off the patch on these two walls. The hyphae did not penetrate deeply into the drywall, so our tech was able to preserve the material even after he applied an antimicrobial agent to sanitize the treated drywall. With special sponges and skilled experience, we saved the homeowner the cost of a demolition. We tested the air for spores and mold after we used an air scrubber to verify the eradication of the fungal problem.
