Boulder Mold Infestation Leads to a Remodel

This vacant house in Boulder was attacked and sustained extensive damage from a mold infestation. With the lack of moisture control, and not being inspected periodically, the patches spread throughout several rooms of this structure. SERVPRO technicians trained by corporate methods utilizing the IICRC industry standards for mold remediation came to the rescue. The desire to renovate the entire structure prior to a property sale meant we did a total tear down of the affected areas. The contaminated materials were safely removed. Air scrubbers purged the air of lingering spores, bits of mold, and dust and the completed cleanup was now ready for the rebuild. The After Photo illustrates the progress of this work.
