These people found a huge mold problem I didn't know I had.  It looked minor to me, but thank God I called them out.  They said they needed to open the basement wall so they built an enclosure first to keep it from spreading and there was a major infestation of mold. They clearly know what they are doing. 

Since we are at this home only a few times per year, a small broken pipe flooded the entire house and there was mold everywhere.  It was a strange and scary sight, but the SERVPRO technicians have been working fast and have got the place ready for ski season.  Thanks so much for your care and attention.
